Delete your Refresher AI account

You can delete your Refresher AI account and associated app data at any time from inside the app.

Delete your account in the mobile app

1. Open the Refresher AI app.
2. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
3. Go to Profile.
4. Open Settings.
5. Scroll to Danger Zone.
6. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete your Refresher AI account.

Data deleted

When your account is deleted, we delete:

• Your Refresher AI account record and profile information.
• Your saved sources, uploaded documents, generated questions, answers, and progress.
• Your remaining in-app credit balance.

Data we may keep

We may retain limited records where required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, security, dispute, or payment compliance purposes. Payment records may also be retained by payment providers such as Google Play, Apple, Stripe, PayPal, or banks according to their own legal obligations.

Retention period

Account deletion is processed immediately in the app. Backup, log, tax, or payment-related records may be retained only for as long as required by law or legitimate security and compliance needs.
